DoMax AI operates on a credit-based system. Generating AI content (images, videos, or audio) consumes "Credits" which can be obtained through subscription plans or one-time purchases.

Subscription Plans

Certain Services may be subject to a subscription fee. Monthly and annual subscriptions grant you a set number of credits per billing period. Unused credits may or may not roll over depending on the specific plan terms.

Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Refund requests for one-time credit purchases must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are subject to the eligibility requirements in our Refund Policy.

User Inputs

When you use DoMax AI, you provide inputs (prompts, images, audio files) to the AI models. You retain all ownership rights in your inputs.

AI Output Ownership

To the extent permitted by law, DoMax AI assigns to you all its rights, title, and interest in and to the Outputs generated based on your Inputs. This means you are free to use the Outputs for commercial purposes, provided you comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

Usage for Model Improvement

By using the Service, you grant DoMax AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your Inputs and Outputs to provide and maintain the Services, and to improve our AI models and underlying technology.

Our goal is to foster creativity while ensuring saftey. You agree not to use the Services to generate:

• Illegal or harmful content.
• Sexual or highly suggestive sexually explicit material.
• Deepfakes or non-consensual sexual imagery of any person.
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Hate speech, harassment, or promotion of violence.

DoMax AI reserves the right to terminate your account and report illegal activity to relevant authorities if these policies are breached.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." DOMAX AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
